Learn which Tencent Cloud International products have listed discounts, which account route applies, how CNY and USD payment terms work, and how to verify the live price before purchase.

What the discount index actually tells you
The index tells you whether a listed Tencent Cloud International billing item has a policy multiplier and which product, billing method, and scope must match. It does not copy Tencent Cloud's changing list prices and it is not an official Tencent Cloud quotation.
Use the policy only when all fields match
- Match the exact product or billing item.
- Match monthly subscription, pay-as-you-go, or one-time purchase.
- Match the listed region, service area, instance family, or other scope.
PRICE LAYERS · DO NOT ASSUME STACKING
Discount, promotion, and voucher are different price layers.
Start with the live Tencent Cloud list price. Treat each promotion, policy multiplier, and voucher as a separate layer with its own scope. Never add percentages or multiply them together unless the exact order and eligibility are confirmed in writing for the selected configuration.
Official list price and promotion
The live pricing page is the starting point. Tencent Cloud may publish a price cut or promotion for a defined product, region, billing method, customer type, or period. A scoped campaign is not a universal discount. Check the official Pricing Center and the current price-adjustment page.
Policy multiplier in this index
This is a separate procurement-service rule derived from the current policy sheet. Match the exact product, billing item, scope, and account route. It is neither the Tencent Cloud list price nor proof that another promotion can be stacked.
Voucher or coupon
A voucher deducts value under its own eligibility and redemption conditions. Tencent Cloud's partner discount documentation says eligible vouchers can be redeemed from discounted prices, but that does not prove a voucher exists for your order or that every campaign stacks.
ACCOUNT ELIGIBILITY
Two account routes, two discount rules
Do not calculate a purchase from the deepest listed multiplier until the account route is confirmed.
Account provided by us
Use the product-specific policy multipliers in this index. There is no spending target. An account with no consumption for one continuous month may be reclaimed.
Your own account
For a smaller purchase, the working policy is 55% of list. A larger purchase is quoted individually by product, region, configuration, and volume.
Choose before pricing
The account route changes the applicable discount. Confirm the route before treating any multiplier as part of a procurement estimate.
PAYMENT TERMS
CNY and USD use different settlement rules
A domestic company paying in CNY adds 8.5% to the confirmed service amount. The 8.5% consists of 6% tax and a 2.5% service fee. An overseas company paying in USD has no additional service fee.
Domestic CNY settlement = confirmed service amount × 1.085. Overseas USD settlement = confirmed service amount. This formula does not determine the Tencent Cloud list price or product eligibility.

- Match the billing method and applicable scope.
- Open Tencent Cloud and verify the live list price for the exact configuration.
- Choose the account route and paying entity.
- Send the configuration to [email protected] for policy confirmation and account opening.
Tencent Cloud's Pricing Center documentation explains that the current estimate depends on the selected product, region, specification, billing mode, and duration. Use the official product documentation directory for product-specific billing rules; this independent discount index does not replace either source.

Contact us after you can identify the product, approximate configuration, region, billing method, and paying entity. If the configuration is still uncertain, use the directory to shortlist the policy line first.
The service is useful when you want a supported Tencent Cloud International product discount but do not want to maintain a separate copy of the full cloud pricing system.
